Representative are very polite and knowledgeable about new services .
Worst company ever and I'm forced to use them. Probably selling my house and moving because they are just that useless. 560 dollars for electricity in a 1200 square ft house . That's 10 yrs old absolutely ridiculous. WORST COMPANY EVER !!
Two months in a row did not receive a disconnect notice for non payment. Times are hard however, sending a cutoff notice at 6:02pm the day before they turn off your electricity. Giving you no time to call to request a payment arrangement or extension. Which I’m almost certain is illegal. Not only that, we’ve received no disconnect notice and last time it was due to a “glitch”. This has got to be illegal and I’m glad everyone’s coming together to start a class action against them
Greedy company and terrible owners. Charging hundreds of dollars extra to our bill the last few months with zero changes in usage and you’re refusing to do anything it? Disgusting. Literally STEALING from low-middle class families. I hope this place gets shut down.
Do not like changes to Bill Pay, harder to use.
