My bill is constantly increasing and its very fustrating. I was recommended my home to be on 78!!!!! In Louisiana which is not logical due to the heat. We as consumers can’t catch a break! Scripted excuses to say to consumers of why the bill is extremely high is BS
UPDATE! Still the absolute worst power company I've ever been FORCED to use. The power is CONSTANTLY out. Not only that, it is the most I've ever paid for an electric utility. In Colorado, we'd have 4 feet of snow and still have power. Here in Louisiana power is out because it's raining on a random Tuesday. Do better!
