UPDATE! Still the absolute worst power company I've ever been FORCED to use. The power is CONSTANTLY out. Not only that, it is the most I've ever paid for an electric utility. In Colorado, we'd have 4 feet of snow and still have power. Here in Louisiana power is out because it's raining on a random Tuesday. Do better!

TERRIBLLLLLLE COMPANY AND EXPERIENCE I have been without electricity for a week and my son (8) has been also. No warm meals, NO warm showers, Displaced and sad. Some Demco "Supervisor" has made sure that I MUST pay my new boyfriend's past due balance to have my lights on in MY home. He doesn't live with me. He hardly stays the night. This is unbelieveable!
