I had him come out for an estimate to wire a new construction home. He came out and looked, had me send him all the diagrams and house plans, and said he’d get me an estimate in a couple days. He never called me back, never emailed me back, and never answered the phone again. If you don’t want the job, just tell me. Highly unprofessional.
I had to call him at the end of the day and it was late so they told me they would give me a call back tomorrow which they promptly followed up with. And the gentleman on the phone was very professional and accommodating. I will definitely use them in the future for any of my electrical needs
