Great experience with this clinic. The customer service was excellent, and the receptionist was very kind and welcoming. The doctor was highly professional and took the time to explain everything clearly. She offered different options for our cat, who was having digestive issues, and made us feel comfortable throughout the visit. We drive 3 hours round-trip to see Dr. Memon. We used to live closer and moved away 14 years ago. We have since tried a handful of vets that are local to our current home, but we always regret it. We've recieved two misdiagnoses that Dr. Memon later properly diagnosed when we asked for a second opinion. We've learned our lesson the hard way and will only take our dogs to Dixie Eglinton Animal Clinic going forward. Dr. Memon actually cares about his animal patients and their owners. I have 3 cats and I am so glad I decided to walk into this clinic almost 7 years ago. Dr arif and his entire team is highly skilled and the compassion they have for our babies is unmatched. Even when I lost one of my cats, Dr Arif and his team was truly present during the most difficult experience of my life and they all showed insane amount of kindness and care for our grief. If you are looking for a doctor and a clinic that actually cares for your babies, this clinic is the place to be.
Dr. Memon and Dr. V were truly helpful with Mimi's spaying. I had many questions after mimis spay, and they helped me through everything from beginning to end. I was truly satisfied with the staff, and wouldn't hesitate to go back.
Absolutely horrible clinic. I got my puppy spayed there, booked it roughly 1month in advance, every time I spoke to the clinic I was quoted a different cost. I was asked to bring in my puppy vaccine records, but this clinic tried to obtain them from my current vet, without permission. Day of the surgery, I finally seen a paper copy of the quote, reviewed it and totalled the amount so I knew exactly what I was paying upon pick up.
