There's a lot fee that is separate from the HOA fee.
It's not bad I just have heard some bad behavior there
My mother-in-law recently bought a home here and she is in a much better place than she was before.
So nice and quiet even though it was right off of Dixie Downs! The best part is it was an all adult park 55 and over so very quiet! Ahhh like heaven!
I live there and enjoy it very much.
