I had a very pleasant experience. From the Service advisor, to the technician who worked on my vehicle. Even the check out with the cashier, everyone was helpful and polite. My vehicle was done on time and returned to me the exact same way I left it. I recommend Dixie Buick GMC to all my family and friends.
Inadaquate customer service all around for a dealership. No smiling faces, just frustration. If you don't like what you do, QUIT!
