The owner is a awesome person. He is very professional, accommodating and understanding of your individual situation. An appointment is required, but then again that is more for your benefit, then theirs. The appointment allows the company to plan it's daily schedule but is mainly to give us their undivided attention during that time. As far as being "kicked off" their property.
