I stopped in with no appointment. Jim looked at my boat and told me the problem. Told me how to fix it and where to buy the simple part to fix it. Didn’t charge me and I was on my way. $5.00 in-line fuse holder and a new fuse and I was back on the water. Honest and didn’t try to screw me over. May look rough on the outside (shop and Jim) but 100% my pick over these overpriced “Big Boat Shops”

Unprofessional and does not value customers. Lies, and holds your money, 3 months after an order on ebay and item was still not delivered. Ignored calls and messages. Had to dispute charges.
