Truly some of the most incompetent, unprofessional people Ive ever dealt with. Ruined a battery connector, disconnected another and refused to re connect, screaming like theyre inbred. DO NOT USE DIXIE BATTERY Had to video and threaten to call the police to get a refund. And more..
Unprofessional idiots. The Whittaker’s run Dixie Battery. I’ll NEVER go back. Rounded a not with pliers after I specifically asked them not to put pliers on my connections. Wouldn’t refund me until I threatened to call the police and videoed their behavior. Wouldn’t reconnect the bad battery (bought from Dixie) after they took one connector off and ruined the other, or help me jump the battery off. DO NOT USE DIXIE BATTERY!!!!!DON’T
Great store they always treat me great when I go there. I'm a salesman and I deal with cars,bikes, 4 wheelers, ect. And they give me a great price on everything.
Awesome Concrete Company & General Contractor This company not only show professionalism with their equipment, attitudes, workman ship and account-a-bility, but they were here working for me. They gave me a good deal on a deep cycle marine battery for my boat: $38 for a factory seconds battery. It works well. I've done business with them from time to time over the years. Good people.
