I had a very negative experience with this car dealership. I was given information during the sales process that later turned out to be inaccurate. Certain fees and terms were not clearly disclosed upfront, and the final paperwork did not match what I was verbally told. Stay away from this place!!! I was sent to this shop because my car was pulling to the right and making a popping sound. Mind you, I had just purchased this suv. This shop decided to do a bunch of unnecessary work to my car because in their exact words "the warranty was paying for it so why not". After three weekends in a row with this shop, my transmission is now ruined.
