I understand this is not a dealer, it is a junkyard; however, there should still be a level of decency and manners. I contacted Mike several times regarding a vehicle, the answers were just automated. When we decided to take time off from work and drive for 2 hours each way, we were received with a rush because it was 4:30 pm. The front desk lady gave us a jumper for us to start the vehicle.
