I understand this is not a dealer, it is a junkyard; however, there should still be a level of decency and manners. I contacted Mike several times regarding a vehicle, the answers were just automated. I needed a transmission but had to drive up from PHX. They worked with me to get a weekend pickup. The transmission was waiting and ready when I showed up. The lady who answered was super helpful and polite. Absolutely worth the 7hour drive.
