Gary Dix himself is a good carpenter. He unfortunately hires flunkies who care less. He did $36K worth of work on my home. I'm STILL finding quirks where they "half-assed" things. I found a screw driver and wire holding my tub spout on. My floor in master bedroom was jacked up so high the hard wood flooring separated....their 'fix' filled the crack with expanding foam.
