Finally found a company I trust to take care of my 17-year-old 30kw Generac diesel generator, and I have been through a few companies. I had trouble getting it started, Axel with DIXs went through it found the issue very quickly, and got it started. He troubleshot the exerciser circuit and identified its issue. His knowledge on Generac was amazing it was like taking a short course with the professor. DIX is now my go to company.
On our last maintenance, it was suggested we replace our battery even though we've had it for 4 yrs, it was still good. So, 1 day before hurricane Ian made landfall, we decided to buy it. Although they were busy, Rocky squeezed us in his schedule and gave us the "presidential treatment" as he called it. Every time we need service, they are there. I would recommend them to any one who has or is planning to invest in a generator.
