We made a car purchase from them a few days ago. They illegally charged me dealership tax and state tax. They never gave the state the tax I paid on the car. They never sent the title over to be transferred even tho I paid for it. They had me drive the car off the lot without a registration or title transfer or anything. They lied about the car’s condition and scammed me out of about $1000 in “taxes” that never went to the car’s sale tax with Secretary of State. I've had issues with my Ford Focus steering for a while and when I had it quotes from a different shop, they are asking for an arm and a leg to have it replaced. I called Mike on a friends recommendation and he gave me an estimate I couldn't refuse. Took the car in Monday and the next day, boom, it's done. Car drives like a dream and he even cleared some of the dash lights I know were just warnings. I don't have any problems recommending Mike and his shop. Thanks Mike!
