Sofia is the best sales lady, she always manages to sell my man of these amazing products, I’m a happy grift receiver, I love my beach waver and amazing straightener. Amazing and quality products hands down better than Paul Mitchell, Chi, hot tools. Ect!
Wasn't even told I couldn't get a refund until getting a receipt so it's too late at this point to even do anything. I really don't get how the actual soleil website offers refunds but it's so impossible for you guys. Thanks for the trap
