Navam was very helpful with our check in and even let us extend our check out time
our fav place to stay in calgary so far.
This is one of the dirtiest hotels i have stayed in. We booked jt cause the price was right and it had a pool. Which we want for us to swim with our 13 year old. The rooms are non refundable and it turns out when we check in we find out the pool is being renovated. We didnt have a coffee pot. We didnt have towels. The tv needed to be fixed ao we could watch it. We had to ask for more soap and my sons feet were filthy after walking on the floor. The bathroom has dirt in every corner. We are not happy at all but are stuck here... read more
