This is my first time visiting this hotel and the cleanliness is very poor. During my stay, I found bed bugs on the bed that bit me while I was sleeping, I found holes in the sheets and they were not clean and had brown stains on them which made me change rooms, and I found hair on the bed... enough to confirm that the sheets were not changed
Spent one night there. Stains on the walls. Thermostat does nothing. Dirty towels. TV looks like its seen better days. Elevators has ripped carpets. Curtains looks like its the original. Blocked tub. Blocked sink. Loose toilet. One pillow was wet and had mold on it. Filthy tile grout. Now I know the tile grout might seem like I'm being picky...but if the grout is that dirty you have to ask youself when last its been bleached...if ever. The owner parks his gas guzzling pickup truck at the only EV charging spot and employees lie about it. The fist employee said that it was a guest at the hotel and that they don't know who truck it was. Then in the morning another employee said that it was the owner of the hotel. The reason why the owner parks there because it's right by the entrance but so inconsiderate to leave it there and not allow anyone to charge.
Convenient and located to many amenities. Clean rooms and curtious staff.
We had a good experience here. Staff were kind and professional and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was good as well
