Listens to your issues and does her best to resolve all that she can. Great "chair side manner".
Dr Sivakumar was terrific. She was very thorough and concerned, and spent a good 40 minutes reviewing my situation and assessing my symptoms. She was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable.
I have been seeing Dr.Sivakumar for about 2yrs now. From the first visit to every follow up she’s always been the same physician, kind, caring, knowledgeable and really wants what’s best to help. Was just talking to someone who suffers from migraines and referred her here because I couldn’t speak highly enough about the doctor and staff! She actually genuinely cares and listens. If you are not in front of Dr. Sivakumar, you do not exist to her. I've had nothing but problems with this office since day 1. I work in vet med and we treat the animals with more respect and compassion than this practice. After waiting nearly 5 weeks for things that were supposed to be taken care of such as change in medication but instead the ball was dropped once again, I decided to officially cut ties.
I do not feel 5 stars are truly enough, i would give 10 if i could. Professional, yet, kind, caring and compassionate. Excellent staff, office is super clean, great parking. Dr. Sivakumar’s bedside manner is second to none. Very knowledgable and I trust her.
