Absolutely horrible experience! I have been a regular customer, but after my last waxing I am in serious pain and dealing with skin issues. The owner herself did it, and my skin is now bruised, turned black, and extremely sensitive even after a week. Aman is amazing. Her head massages are the best in the city. She is professional and takes good care of your hair. I had a wonderful experience at this salon! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. My stylist took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered great suggestions. I’m so happy with my haircut and color—it turned out even better than I imagined! The salon was clean, relaxing, and had a great atmosphere. Just wanted to share, I have had a very bad experience. I went there for threading and face wax. She put cuts in my threading which looks very bad and then for the face wax, she did it very harsh. My face has pimples and scars now with her wax.
Aman provided very good service . She is very helpful and professional.
