I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Divya Gupta three months in advance as a new patient and drove over an hour to see her. After waiting nearly two hours, I was only seen by a resident who reviewed my information, then told me I “needed to see a neurologist” — which made no sense since Dr. Gupta is one.
