I wasn't able to receive services because I was scrutinized and denied just because my number was from out of area. Lance was completely rude and refused to disclose simple information I requested. I had found about about them on Craigslist and a website was not listed, I simply requested a website for reference and he instantly went on the attack. When it was clear I had won the argument he claimed he was retired. Clearly not professional.
