Another review of Ivan Culbertson. In the beginning he seemed intelligent, interested and on-top of things. This turned out to be the biggest lie. Throughout our time with him, he disappeared for weeks on end, one time for an entire month without explanation or forewarning, didn't reply to emails nor calls and never answered me when I asked why he disappeared. Contact from them is hard they bill you for the smallest things, he was super submissive with the judge and they will not fight for you. Dress codes for my lawyer was a joke he showed up to the court in shorts and flip flops. Go anywhere else but here. If you are trying to fight for custody find another lawyer they are a scam and a joke
Research and know your state laws rights before talking to any legal resources they are in business for billable hours I reached out to do a consult. I gave the information pertinent to the case I didn't give some information that wasn't necessary due to WA laws. They just want information that other attorney firms don't need before consultation & attorney client privelege.
Sure would be nice to have a lawyer that doesn't require the down-payment of a house as a retainer up front.
