Adam was paid to do a QDRO for my divorce in Sept 2023. It has been eight months and I still haven’t gotten my share of the retirement funds. My ex borrowed money from a retirement account during our divorce. And he was allowed to select the QDRO consultant and the date of disbursement. 🙄 The judge said in the decree that the missing money had to be paid back before I get my 1/2.
