They did a horrible job on my car
Guys are always super friendly and do a good job.
Will never go back. Pulled in at 3:50pm yesterday(Monday), and they told me to leave because they were closing. Website/sign out front says 7pm close. They were rude! Someone that appeared to be a manager came after me to try and stop me, but this other guy was still yelling at me to leave. Just bad business! I wonder if it's under new ownership, because I never had any issue before. Used to be very friendly and accomodating.
Apparently there is a new owner/management at this location and the price went up and the service went way down. The employees are not as nice and don’t really do a good job. In addition to raising the price they no longer take credit cards. The price board in the driveway was barely legible and I’m sure they were preying on people pulling in and being trapped not knowing that the price had gone up 15% until the wash was over. Update: still no response from the manager. Very disappointing. Happy that I was able to have groupon refund me for a problem they didnt cause. Very unhappy with this place. I took my car in for a showroom detail, and I will admit for the most part it was a great job, but the problem comes into play with the key fob that they broke. This is a $400+ keyfob that was damaged and I have called and left multiple messages for them and no one has returned my call. I am also missing another key fob that was in my console.
