Highly rude people. they do not really help the clients properly, until they are not making money from them. Recently, a woman iN distress who has been going to them since few years, needed some help with her paperwork for CRA, was sent away and insulted by the owner ( Mr. Sood), she was told that, he has ordered his staff not to pick up her calls. that woman, went to someone else and her issue was solved in half n hr.
