They were knowledgeable, efficient, educational, and very kind. Their work was fast, clean and professional. I bought a home carbon filter last year from Division One and have been extremely pleased with it. Yesterday, I bought and replaced the disposable cartridges. There was a little bit of a leak and so had to call the plumber. They came out the next day and fixed it immediately. Austin and his partner were very helpful and pleasant. I will not hesitate to call on them again in the future and will refer my family and friends to them.
