Austin and team were awesome from start to finish. They came out to do a water softener install estimate (within a day or two of calling), had very competitive prices, and then when I decided to proceed with the install, they were able to do the install within the week. The install was quick, painless, and stuck to the original estimate pricing as well. The whole team was friendly, knowledgeable, and they will be my go-to plumbers for anything I need in the future!
Tanner and Matt with Division One Plumbing came to install a new kitchen faucet. They noticed my sink needed to be braced up. They were great to work with. Cost wasn’t too bad. I definitely recommend them. I will be calling them again for sure.
Our tankless water heater started leaking and is still under warranty so I was directed by the mfg to call Division 1 plumbing, they came out and said the heat exchanger is cracked, but they wouldn't fix it unless we allow them to install a filtration system on our tankless. We don't need a filtration system, our well water is really good. He wanted to charge us 6000 to do all that even though it was covered under warranty. Division One has helped us out several times. Two times we had an emergency and I couldn't believe how fast the guys were out here to fix our issues. We also had a major project due to low water pressure through out the house. They came out, diagnosed the problem, and installed a new system that works and our water pressure has never been better!
