Austin and team were awesome from start to finish. They came out to do a water softener install estimate (within a day or two of calling), had very competitive prices, and then when I decided to proceed with the install, they were able to do the install within the week. The install was quick, painless, and stuck to the original estimate pricing as well. The whole team was friendly, knowledgeable, and they will be my go-to plumbers for anything I need in the future!
Our tankless water heater started leaking and is still under warranty so I was directed by the mfg to call Division 1 plumbing, they came out and said the heat exchanger is cracked, but they wouldn't fix it unless we allow them to install a filtration system on our tankless. We don't need a filtration system, our well water is really good. He wanted to charge us 6000 to do all that even though it was covered under warranty. Division One was wonder to work with. They had excellent communication throughout the whole process from bid to project completion and provided great work. We had several things done at once and they worked efficiently for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend and will work with them again for any future plumbing needs.
