DVR is an institution that overtly violates disabled folks rights under the ADA, then retaliates against disabled folks who dare complain. Not a very good policy or practice when the entirety of your clientele are disabled folks. Ive been working with DVR the last 9 months or so and they have been very supportive. They have helped me to being self- supportive, providing services etc. that would enable me to continue working and to overcome obstacles that otherwise may have gotten on my way!!

I personally liked the guy on the phone. Plus these dudes do better than worksource. As far as free services go this is good, also you dont need to call. They do walk ins.

Extremely rude and unprofessional person answering the phone called "Ron." Very unprofessional and extremely slow. Gives me a hard time every time I call. I faxed in forms, after copying the second side, and he called me to tell me my forms were missing the second side and would fax them BACK to me to fill out if he had my fax number. I said I would refax. I'm thinking this is what usually happens when people fax the forms in? He had both sides, if he'd only looked, and could process the information. And was able to count.
