When you call and select the option to report a dispensary, it redirects you to some random unrelated department. Then, when you get ahold of someone they give you the number of the ARKANSAS PUBLIC HEALTH DEPARTMENT. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
WORTHLESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why even have program at this point?!? Does anybody work here? I've sent about 3 emails and 4 messages through their new portal. NOBODY responds, nobody answers the phone, I've tried to call multiple times. I've been trying to get ahold of someone for about 3 weeks, my card expires in 3 days. Their AWESOME new portal is withholding my Dr certification and not allowing me to renew. The most GARBAGE program across the entire country...
Awful website, and even more awful staff. The woman was rude and straight up hung up on me when I was trying to figure out the confusing website. Don't work in customer service if you're that miserable with your life
Welcome to the New York of the mid west. By far the worst state to live in the us. This program and the states track record provides it. Once they make enough money off of the rec side they will figure out how to lose it. I guarantee that. Oh well, just a bunch of lazy crooks.
