Lou Morton in Intake leaks complaints against UNC to UNC. Lou texted UNC during our Intake. This undermines this regulatory agency, who supposedly does "unannouced visits". The regulatory agency started investigating once the patient was discharged, 1.5 months later. That's a big "coincidence" hmm... I bet it's more common than we all know. Please share.
Do better NC! The reviews regarding all departments of the DHHS are terrible. I had a review of the negligent actions of an EMT and paramedic during my 22 year old son’s automobile accident. The wrong airway methods were used and my son received no oxygen which caused him to go into cardiac arrest. The 21 year old paramedic in charge decided it was futile and refused to resuscitate my son. They watched him die rather than trying to save him after they made the mistakes putting him into cardiac arrest. Nothing but laziness an... read more
I entered this facility in Feb 2022. I complained I was in pain from my surgery and was told they get medicine delivered twice daily, at 2pm and 2am, and I had missed the 2pm so I would have to wait. I had other important medications also that were not given. I was able to walk but was only there for physical therapy and only approved for 2 days and had not gotten that either. The NA said she would have to borrow from another patient if they had any of my medication and pay them back when mine came in. I said that was illega... read more
Will update review after interacting fully with this department however, this review alone is based on availability. I called today Monday September 13th at 4:38pm only to find they are closed. In fact, they are only open from 9am to noon, closed 1hr for lunch, then 1pm until 4pm. If course the department is closed in weekends to boot. How is a government department supposed to do their job when they're barely open? Most businesses that are open during similar times are at least open from 8am until 5pm, with someone availabl... read more
