Absolutely the worst to get in contact with a provider. Two weeks I've been leaving messages in the portal only to have the nurses , 3 different ones, answer to tell me to book an appointment. My daughter has a GTube and the providers notes are missing information that the insurance company needs to fill the order. I just need that info sent but it's impossible. Lack of professionalism. I think it's time to move on.
