If we could rate with a negative "STAR" we'd do that. Customer service terrible. Timely delivery of services... even worse. Our entire project was thrown off because of these clowns (over 7 weeks behind!) On top of that, they promised to refund our deposit money; and still no response from them. TRUST US, if you're looking for services in Cuyahoga/Medina/Lorain Ohio, look elsewhere.
