They are combative and threatening when you question their expertise. National standards are to put your refrigerator on a dedicated line, they do NOT follow that practice in the Wellen Park area. When I complained to my warranty dept and builder(NEIL) to fix it , their fix was To run the dedicated line but leave the remaining HOT wire in my walls and leave it in a box, HOT. This is also NOT an acceptable practice. Same thing with many residents of this particular community in Wellen Park. I would not recommend them, ever.
Stay away. Will give you an estimate for one price then charge you 40-50% more in the middle of the job and never return your calls. Avoid.
