I called to inquire about a UPS pickup. The woman who picked up the phone, and I guess goes to the door as well, is not only incompetent but unprofessional and rude. She was not able to listen and answer questions like a normal, capable, decent human being, told me to go in person and proceeded to hang up the phone right away.
