My first visit with your salon and NO HOT water. Not a good first impression. So no wash or condition. That was a downer for me. The cut was fine as it was really some simple layering snd shaping. But really, get your water problem fixed and thank god I wasn't getting a colour what would you have done then? Not coming back.

I have never written a review before, I’m not even a client and I had to write one. I booked a free consult for extensions and had to move my appointment last minute. I just spoke to Abbey and wow! Not only was she amazingly understanding but she just spent 15 minutes answering questions and treating me like a client who has been there for years. I already know that I will love the work but I will be booking my services with you based on Abbey. If that’s how you treat your clients I want to be one.
Amazing! First time there and will continue to go back. Rena was great! Very attentive, friendly, honest. She did a fantastic job.
