I searched for a so long to find a Dr like Dr. Beckles. When I had my first visit, I was broken. She gave me the most sincere hug. Many things were going on in my life, she listened, showed empathy. I was elated to have found her. The reason that I do not give it a 5 is because she sent out an email stating that she is no longer accepting insurance. This news saddened me to my core. At face value, this clinic seems to offer several services and may be able to meet basic health care needs, but this is not a pediatrician's office and the staff do not know how to appropriately submit referrals for care. If you need actual care, this is not the right office for you.
Divinely is a fabulous environment with very caring people. I appreciate their attention to detail and for making me and my family feel so welcome. Dr Marshall and her staff are wonderful health care providers.
I had my first appointment with Dr. Beckles today, and I felt like I was at home. She and the staff are amazing! She asked and cared about my concerns and helped me understand them! Thank you so much, Dr. Beckles!!
