Unfortunately, my experience with Ellen M. Johnston was not positive. She often seemed irritated and was difficult to work with, which made it hard to feel comfortable during sessions. I did not feel the level of support and understanding I was hoping for.

I'm very disappointed with them. Ellen was late to the second appointment, it was supposed to be telehealth. I get a call at 320 saying I never showed up and that she will be marking it as a no show. I was waiting for 5 minutes past my TELEHEALTH time. Called the office they said they'd call me back with information. I even reached out through the portal. Nothing. Unacceptable. Unprofessional.

Ms. Towania is the greatest therapist I’ve ever been to! Her kindness, caring, and understanding nature really makes me feel 100% comfortable each session. I’ve been with her for over a year now and I never thought that I’d achieve the huge milestones that I have achieved! I tell EVERYONE if they are looking for therapy services definitely go to Ms. Towania! I’m forever thankful that she has helped me in the ways that she has and continues to do so!
