Avoid this place. Scheduling is a nightmare and they will not return voicemails unless they need to reschedule you. If you are with Tricare just request a new provider.
Unfortunately, my experience with Ellen M. Johnston was not positive. She often seemed irritated and was difficult to work with, which made it hard to feel comfortable during sessions. I did not feel the level of support and understanding I was hoping for.
I'm very disappointed with them. Ellen was late to the second appointment, it was supposed to be telehealth. I get a call at 320 saying I never showed up and that she will be marking it as a no show. I was waiting for 5 minutes past my TELEHEALTH time. Called the office they said they'd call me back with information. I even reached out through the portal. Nothing. Unacceptable. Unprofessional.
Did not work with Vetetan with TBI.
Ms. Tawana has been a BLESSING to my life since I had my first session. Soo grateful for her, she has been the most patience with me!!!!
