Terrible, terrible service. I placed an order through Bloom Nation for this vendor, and asked to receive a phone call or email to confirm that the order was received. After five hours, no phone call or email was received, so I attempted to call the vendor (phone OUT OF SERVICE) and send an email (no response). I was concerned, having just forked over $200 to a business that I could not get in touch with, so I contacted Bloom Nation, who ALSO tried to get in touch with the vendor, to no avail. Flowers ordered by a friend never arrived. They claimed the delivery was made April 4 at 7:30 pm. I was home and there was no delivery. Their phone number doesn’t work. **Owner replied that I am not a customer. The order was placed by a florist in Dallas, TX and she placed the order on behalf of her customer. When she contact Divine Vines, they told her they were delivered. They were not - perhaps to wrong address? Very disappointing.

Both phone numbers provided do not work. My order was never delivered although they claim it was. They are not reachable or responsive any way we tried which clearly makes it a scam. Should've known better.
I was pleasantly surprised to receive flowers from my son and his girlfriend on Christmas Eve day . They were hand delivered by the owner who was super nice and friendly. The flowers were very fresh ( and I should know,,as I’ve been a florist for almost 40 yrs ) and for a florist to get flowers is such a treat !! They were arranged beautifully and included a wonderful assortment. This surprise really made my day ! It was nice meeting you Melissa ,and thanks for the great service - My kids will be delighted !
