Flowers ordered by a friend never arrived. They claimed the delivery was made April 4 at 7:30 pm. I was home and there was no delivery. Their phone number doesn’t work.

Both phone numbers provided do not work. My order was never delivered although they claim it was. They are not reachable or responsive any way we tried which clearly makes it a scam. Should've known better.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive flowers from my son and his girlfriend on Christmas Eve day . They were hand delivered by the owner who was super nice and friendly. The flowers were very fresh ( and I should know,,as I’ve been a florist for almost 40 yrs ) and for a florist to get flowers is such a treat !! They were arranged beautifully and included a wonderful assortment. This surprise really made my day ! It was nice meeting you Melissa ,and thanks for the great service - My kids will be delighted !

Ordered flowers and then got a confirmation that they were delivered. But they were not was told that they were going to redeliver the next day. Then got an email saying that was undeliverable. When I called the store finally they told me they really didn't know what was going on. They would have to talk to their delivery driver. Absolute piss poor customer service will never use this florist ever again.
