I’m leaving a review for my friend her appointment was 1/31 at 8am. Well it’s supposed to be at 8am. She arrived late which after reading previous reviews seems to be a trend even after she said she would take it into consideration. I did not feel like a valued client. Unfortunately for my appointment, she was late and overbooked. I had a trim and cornrow appointment and my trim was not detailed. Everything felt rushed and I ended up not getting the original style I wanted because of the 45 minute late start. Trinity brought my hair back to life after taking out my locs! She gave me a much needed deep condition and trim and I loveeee the results! I will definitely be back!
I have been going to Ami since August 2022, and I’m so sad that I am now only doing a review. She’s amazing! She is a wonderful stylist and PERSON! She really cares about your hair. I cannot express enough how blessed I feel to have been referred to her by my sister. My hair has grown in her care and is healthy.
