Felix Ogieva is very rude, unprofessional and incompetent. Also, (I personally feel) what he charges is tantamount to price gouching. He'll charge you $6 to print 1 black and white sheet of paper. As of 04/01/2026, after a dispute over certain tax provisions, I told him I was going to take my business elsewhere. He refused to return my original/personal tax documents. The requirements to get a document notarized should all be the same requested for me to get proper documentation I bring proper documentation and waste time for the paperwork not to still get notarized. This is the worst notary. If you are unsure of the documentation needed, please turn customers away off the jump, so everyone can save time.
Guy was very rude. I asked him how much to notarize a document and he said it depends and I asked him to repeat himself. He said I don’t have to repeat myself to you. He had a bad attitude. I was simply asking for a service. Do not go here. Do not get your documents notarized there do not support them. I believe if I was a man on the phone, he would not have given me such attitude.
Very professional. All my tax needs and concerns were taken care of in a timely manner. I will surely recommend divine tax services anytime anyday
