Dr. Derek has been my Chiro for almost 3 years. I drive over 1/2 hour to Beaumont because I trust him with my health needs. I initially saw him for very painful neck issues, and after decompression table for a few weeks …no pain and full range of motion. Lower back issues for a long time! First Dr. to take an onsite x ray and immediately go over the picture, explain the problem and not just say it’s arthritis!
If you are looking for immediate treatment do not attend this clinic. I went in expecting treatment at the appointment like you get with any normal chiropractor. I was ushered into the assessment office and they had me sit and watch a weird 3 minute animated video before seeing the Doctor. The Doctor did an assessment and told me to come back the next day for treatment, gave me a slip of paper for a topical cream, and told me to ice my neck. Very friendly staff and very helpful with any questions
Great service and outstanding staff. Dr. Derek is knowledgeable, friendly, and cares about his patient. I’ve seen a big improvement in how I feel since start the treatment. When I started I couldn’t sleep more than two hours a night. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they are not registered with veterans affairs.
