I went to Dr. Derrick with extreme neck pain and numbness in both hands. After a year of physio and conventional chiropractic, I was ready to throw in the towel. After the three month program as recommended by Dr. Derrick I have full range of motion in my neck (Something I haven't had for years) and the numbness in both hands is gone. Was not impressed at all. I’m giving a 3 star because I was not charged for the session. But should be 1 star. I went in to get an assessment and what I thought was an adjustment at the same time. Turns out I would have had to pay 47 dollars for a “talk”. Which I feel they could have gotten all my info they needed over an email. I didn’t want X-rays because I already had some done previously.
