Abby did my massage and she was absolutely incredible! I haven’t felt that relaxed in so long. I’m a dental assistant so my body HURTS. Abby did such a great job and always made sure I was comfortable. She told me some focus areas and some recommendations on how I can improve them. 10/10, will definitely be going back:)

The staff is not only highly skilled but genuinely invested in making you feel relaxed, restored, and valued. I left feeling completely renewed—body, mind, and spirit.
