Do not use Divine. The only qualified designer was let go 2 weeks after delivering the draft plans. Going out of business. Three bathrooms/laundry/floor tiling. Many problems. Little on-site QA from Divine. A struggle. Constant requests to rectify problems. I have finally given up after 8 ,months delay on finish date and getting in my own contractors.

They are friendly and efficient, always on time, and the space-saving designs they came up with for our home have made all the difference to our lifestyle.
