Business no longer offers hair/nail services and has not been responsive to my requests for a refund for pre-paid services.
When trying to scheduling and rescheduling an appointment left messages and no one returned my calls. Once someone answered the tone with receptionist made me feel like it was an inconvenience for them. My last apt. I confirmed they were definitely open and made my appointment I received an email and a txt confirming my appointment. When I arrived they were closed. No call or notification of anything. Left messages and no one called me back. Waist of my day and time. Extremely disappointed. Would not recommend.
I had CoolSculpting treatments done about a year ago. The PA at that time told me that it would help with the sagging appearance of my upper legs. Two young girls did the procedure they would put the cup on the area that they want to kill the fat. The cups kept coming off and they seem to not know what they were doing. The ambient environment is very pleasing however there is a very limited selection of nail colors available. The gel color came off in less than 3 days and the manicure wasn't nicely done. The pedicure is normal. Nail artist who did my manicure and pedicure was gentle. I general I won't recommend this business for these services.
