The receptionist was very friendly and personable. However the staff was unwilling to fix any errors (crooked nail tip and wrong color) without attitude or difficulty. The overall shape is nice though. In addition, there’s an extra $5 charge for each nail tip variation: $5 for “extension”, $5 for shape and $5 for length. Which is objectively odd…

The place seemed fairly clean and orderly. My nail professional was not in a uniform, nor particularly professional looking, but I understand the want to be comfortable. She was very focused and quick about attending to my pedicure, but when she finished, it was clear that my nails weren’t even. They were too short to do anything to fix it, so I didn’t raise a fuss, but I won’t be going back.
