Love LAN and all the staff! Always a good job been going there for 8 years!
if i could give 0 stars i really would i got there at 3pm and checked in like i normally do and no greetings i then waited for over a hour and 30 minutes for the shop to empty just for one of the girls to walk up to me and say if i dont have an appointment i cant get serviced, its not the fact of what she said its just that they waited over an hour to tell me and watched me sit there knowing they couldn’t do my nails. when i could've went to another shop! my overall experience here was horrible and i will never return.
Excellent experience. Always clean and friendly. *** loving my pink/ white set by Jaclyn- got vacation nail art today and I love it! ***
