Office didn’t return calls prior to move; I had to keep calling until I got someone. Guys arrived today an hour late, no apology. They reaked of cigarettes and were huffing and puffing just climbing one flight of stairs. I don’t know if it was their age, the smoking or if they were tired but they weren’t strong enough to pull the dolly up to my new second floor apartment, so it took a lot longer while they brought two boxes at a time. Very professional team of guys. My move was made enjoyable and speedy, without any complaints. My husband and I will certainly use Divine Moving again and will refer our friends and family to them, as well.
Really very unprofessional team. They destroyed a lot of my furniture with deep scratches and so much more....so sad.
