Horrible!! Use them for my daughter's 16th birthday. They were 45 mins late which made us late to the stops we reserved. The bus was damaged on the side and didn't look like the picture. The driver didn't know where he was going and stated he usually drive on the north west side of town not the south. He also stated he was late because he was just told about our party an hour ago. TLDR: Booking process was great, but bus never showed the day of and communication was awful. I booked this company for a birthday party. We booked a 25 person party bus. Booking was very easy, the staff seem helpful and friendly, and we confirmed everything before and provided the pickup address. The day of, the bus didn't arrive at the scheduled time. Great service. Had a good time me and my family went out and rented the private bus. Had a great experience overall and I enjoyed my time. Definitely will be back soon.
