Their location says IL but they service Indianapolis as well. Fernando and Manny did a wonderful job cleaning out our ducts. Our filter had fallen into the furnace which caused a big mess but they had it looking and smelling great in my home again! Wonderfully nice gentleman and a good price for some serious duct cleaning, sanitizing and furnace cleaning.
Excellent Service. They called the day before to verify time, then called when they arrive. They were courteous and did a great job.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. These are the least professional company I have ever worked with. The two service techs came into our home with muddy boots and no booties for their shoes. They made a mess of our carpets and stated that "there was nothing they could do about it". One of the services workers used our bathroom to take a poop and he did not wash his hands or flush the toilet (our bathroom was partly under construction and did not have soap in it). Arrived during the scheduled time frame, confirmed the services scheduled and the price, followed instructions regarding my secured pets, set up equipment and completed services in a timely manner, tried to upsell additional services and was respectful when I declined, and they were friendly and professional.
