We are happy with our home. Of course, there are those few things that new home owners find that they (we) want repaired, taken care of in a time frame that may not always work out for the builder and their subcontractors. I am a firm believer in communication and working through any and all issues and not creating enemies or hard feelings. Don Collier and Divine Homes are among one of the worst examples of home building and integrity I have ever experienced. I backed out of my BRAND NEW home purchase the day of closing. as there were 5 FIVE foundation cracks and one horizontal crack leaking into the basement. The yard was not graded properly, the inground sprinklers were broken and clogged and many other things. Absolutely the best! We had such an amazing experience starting from the first meeting in the dream/design phase all the way to the point of closing! Would absolutely recommend to anyone wanting a fun/stress free home building experience!
Don was very responsive and addressed any issues that we had in a timely manner.
In early January my wife, son, and I were moving on a relocation timeline for my work. We were struggling to find a home and luckily found the Copperstone Valley by Divine Homes/Don Collier. Don was able to show us a home that would be completed by our needed relocation timeline. The biggest plus was that we were able to make our own selections on anything that had not already been ordered for the home.
