Their team blocked access to a public storage facility, and was more than rude, bordering on threatening, when asked to move. Why trust them with your stuff if this is how they act in public? The face on the customers was mortifying. When I wrote a review on Yelp, instead of addressing their poor performance, they demanded that yelp take down the review. Again, why trust a company that acts this way. They should speak with their employees about the ramifications of acting so unprofessionally.
