I found this location through my insurance for an item that would have to be specially ordered. I dropped my scrip on Monday and spoke to Latisa. She was very nice and helpful. She let me know she wasn't sure if the order called for a special shoe or an insole. She would contact my doctor to clarify. If it was for a special shoe she couldn't do it but would send me to another place. If the order was for the specialized insole she could do it. Sloppiest medical supplier. It took them more a 2 to find the order which was placed through Wellcare. Once found, I called them several times. Most of the time i reached answering machine. If I was lucky to get to speak to a person. She said they will deliver tomorrow. But tomorrow never came. Ended up going there and pickup the equipment.
