Went in to have a bad haircut fixed. Lucy did an amazing job! She is so sweet and an extremely knowledgeable stylist. She understood exactly what I needed fixed and gave me an awesome haircut. So happy I found her!

As many of you know I am a small one person business. Life is busy. I want to share that some times I may not be able to get back in a timely matter but there is a reason I have a booking system. Most people fine it helpful so they can set there time. And yes some times I might have to change an appt do to last time things happing In my life. I am very blessed to have those who understand and can use my scheduling system. Have a blessed and humble day:)

Big issue with communication and scheduling. Her online page shows openings, I texted to see if there were any more due to a cancelation, and she responded responds no openings today. I asked her why is it showing some on the website. Silence.. This is the second time and not very professional. First time she canceled on me last minute. I thought thought things happen, but after today and the little to no communication I'm not happy.
